Is insurance included?

As many school groups have access to travel insurance cover through school policies we do not generally include Travel Insurance within the quoted cost of a tour. We are though, able to organise Travel Insurance for your group where required.

What happens if an activity doesn’t happen?

If due to unforeseen circumstances a particular activity is not able to occur we will organise (where possible) a secondary activity option. In the unlikely case that circumstances (e.g a prolonged weather event) causes further delay we will reimburse costs. Your on hand program manager will work with party leaders to ensure an enjoyable tour under all circumstances.
