Party Leader Support

First class support for School Group party leaders from start to finish…

There are many important steps to organising and running a successful International School Group Travel Program. Various parties each have individual responsibilities in planning programs and team work ensures all trips are fully organised and safe.

At Educating Adventures we pride ourselves on continually supporting group leaders from start to finish – read ahead to find out how.

Continual Support

We actively work with group leaders throughout the planning and preparation stages and most importantly are on hand 24 hours a day when the program takes place. As we are continually involved we are able to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. We are also able to communicate with local education authorities and governing bodies during the planning and approval stages.

Program Specialists

Our team of program specialists thoroughly understand our destination countries and the elements required for successful school group travel. From day one a program specialist will work with you to ensure your tour needs and requirements are fully met.

Discounted Preview Visits

We firmly believe in delivering professional best practice. We understand the need for preview visits prior to leading a school tour. This enables valuable risk assessments and orientation to be completed. We offer generous incentives for Party Leaders taking on the responsibility of leading a group on a school trip abroad. More information is available here...

Feedback

As our program specialists are on hand throughout the running of your program we are able to receive your feedback and action your requests in real time. At the completion of every program we run debrief sessions with both party leaders and students to assess what went well and what could be improved. Our feedback process ensures we can continually improve the quality of our products and services.

Safety Management and Risk Assessments

The safety of students and staff is of ultimate importance. To facilitate best practice and assist wherever possible we have a developed a Safety Management System (SMS). We also liaise with Local Education Authorities, are able to assist with Risk Assessment requirements and participate in all regulatory, bonding and insurance requirements. More information on these aspects can be found on our Safety & Financial Security page here...
