What will it cost and what is included in a school group tour with Educating Adventures?

When organising a school tour abroad it is essential that all tour components required are included and that upfront and clear communication is maintained between staff, students and the tour operator. We are confident we will give you the best deal every time and not surprise you with any "hidden costs" during the tour.

We can cater for groups of any size and our packages are all inclusive to ensure your tour is run smoothly from start to finish. Package prices will vary depending on destinations, the length of the program, group numbers, seasonality, the accommodation chosen and selected optional activities. We are able to provide fixed prices in all major currencies for your overall program package.

What is included in a school group tour program?

Pre-Departure Support

• Consultation with an Educating Adventures Program Specialist
• Trip Marketing & Promotional Literature
• Personal Gear Lists for students and staff
• Safety Management System (including guidance on Risk Assessment and inspection visits)                  
  

The Trip Itself:  

• International and domestic flights
• Accommodation
• All destination coach travel and domestic transfers
• Meals (breakfast and evening meals where indicated or requested)
• All activities and excursions as set out in your itinerary
• All resort passes, transfers, lessons and equipment hire (for snow sports tour packages)
• Price quoted in your choice of currency
• Free supervisory staff places
• Travel insurance
• All local taxes and airport departure charges (unless specified otherwise)               
  
• Educating Adventures Limited Safety Management System
• Full Party Leader Support Program
• Educating Adventures Program Specialist (on hand 24 hours a day throughout your program)

What is Extra:  

• Home country airport transfers
• Collective passports and any required travel visas
