Flights
As part of an all inclusive School Group Travel Program with Educating Adventures we will take care of your international and domestic flights.
Our strategic alliances with airlines and travel wholesalers will ensure you have access to the very best group prices.
While most airlines do not release travel schedules, prices or seats until approximately 11 months prior to travel we are able to request and reserve seats prior to this time based on anticipated number of travellers. This allows you to start planning and organising your programs with us 12-24 months in advance.
Civil Aviation Authority
In compliance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations, for selling all inclusive flight based travel packages, Educating Adventures Limited has financial bonding arrangements in place to protect our customers in the unlikely event of financial failure. Insurance
Travel insurance is an essential and compulsory part of a School Group Travel Program. Where required Educating Adventures can take care of your groups travel insurance requirements. Travel insurance could cover (but not limited be to):
- Personal liability
- Cancellations of the program
- Transportation delays and missed connections
- Winter sports coverage
(if required for snow sports programs) - Unlimited medical expenses and medical emergencies

Insurance through your Local Education Authority
In some countries Local Education Authorities (LEA’s) have comprehensive international travel insurance policies that automatically cover teachers and students. We recommend that you check with your LEA to see if cover is provided and whether the level of cover allowed is adequate for your program.
