City and Culture

The cities of Buenos Aires in Argentina and Santiago in Chile are cosmopolitan, modern and alive with history and culture.

Buenos Aires is often referred to as the Paris of South America with must see sights including the Governmental Pink House, Colón Theatre, La Boca and the Recoleta Cemetery (home to Evita and Peron).

The Patagonia Lakes District is home to the scenic lakeside township of Bariloche which is a hub for both winter and summer recreation and adventure. Geography and Sightseeing


The climate and geography of Argentina and Chile varies dramatically from the Atacama Desert (the driest in the world) in the north of Chile to sub-Antarctic cold of the Patagonian Sea in the South. South America is also home to Iguazu Falls and the Perito Moreno Glacier. These geological formations are world natural heritage sites and are protected by stunning national parks offering many sightseeing, activity and education based activities.
